My daughter, Kendra, was very diligent during her pregnancy about taking pics every week of her growing belly. I decided to create a little book using a deck of playing cards and binder rings to give her as a gift when my first grandchild was born. I am quite happy with the final result. What a great way to look back on how much life changes in 9 months. (If you think there is a lot of pics in this post....how do you think I felt while I was decorating and putting this particular project together...haha. =]
Everyone should be lucky enough to have a quiet little place to go and relax, spread out all your crafts, and create something special. I would like to welcome you to such a place. I call it my She-Cave.

John Deere Baby Shower invitations
I was lucky enough to help plan the baby shower for my first grandchild, Mason, with my oldest daughter, Kendra. We got together to make these homemade invitations. There was lots of paper, lots of tractors, and lots of laughs. It will be a treasured memory to keep for years. Here is just a sample of the 32 one of a kind.....no one but us even knew that they were all different styles of the invites that were sent out for the shower.

Aunt Gail's birthday
This is yet again another Tri-Shutter cards that I just love to make. I thought it was a fun card for Gail's 60th birthday.
Sympathy card
I wish that the reasons behind these cards just didn't have to ever happen....especially this one. This was for the loss of my Father-in-law to leukemia. The family is still reeling from the loss of such a special man. He was so many things to so many people. He made me feel welcome in this family from the moment that I met him and I miss him every day. RIP Arnold. We love you!!
